Delete your account

You can delete your MacroDash account and all your personal data at any time. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

1. From the app (recommended)

This is the fastest way and does not require contacting us:

1. Open MacroDash and sign in to your account.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Open Account settings and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm the action.

Once confirmed, your account and your data are permanently and immediately removed from our servers.

2. By email

If you cannot access the app, write to us from the email address linked to your account at soporte@macrodash.eswith the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days at most.

3. What data is deleted

All data associated with your account is permanently deleted, including:

• Your account data (email, name and profile picture).
• Your physical profile and goals.
• Your nutrition diary, custom foods, recipes and collections.
• Your routines, workout sessions and daily activity (steps, streaks).
• Your stored wellness metrics (sleep, resting heart rate, HRV).
• Your AI chat conversations and messages.

4. What is kept and for how long

After deleting your account we keep no data that identifies you. As a technical exception:

• Password-reset attempt records are purged automatically after 7 days.
• Error diagnostic reports (without your email or your content) are kept according to our monitoring provider’s retention policy (90 days by default).
• We may keep minimal records for as long as strictly necessary to comply with legal, accounting or tax obligations arising from a subscription, where required by law.

5. Note on subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed and cancelled from your App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android) account settings. Cancel it before deleting your account to avoid renewals.
